Ever since I was a child, I have been able to sense other people's emotions, perceive energies very sensitively and feel more than I can put into words. At 19, I went to New Zealand alone for six months, without any fear, with complete trust in my basic instincts. It was the first time I consciously felt that there is more around us and above us, that there is something watching over us, something we can trust, following the signals of our soul...<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I had a terrible car accident in New Zealand, which we all miraculously survived. How often I wanted to drop out of my studies. I just never understood why so often only the symptoms were addressed and not the cause. I often didn't understand why, for example, nutrition, the environment or mental well-being were never considered important issues. <strong>Unfortunately, people were rarely perceived as a WHOLE,<\/strong> often just the symptom. During this time, I also had serious health problems, underwent many operations, and was sometimes at the end of my tether, both physically and mentally. I no longer understood the world, and my body, mind and soul rebelled.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Everything changed when I found a special doctor \u2013 and he didn't just see my symptoms, he asked me a profound question, which made me burst into tears. That's when I realised: <strong>This illness has something to tell me.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-b4b1ce0 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"b4b1ce0\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-e54cf54\" data-id=\"e54cf54\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a73fccf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a73fccf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Although I had health problems, I completed my studies. After that, we moved to Switzerland for two years, where I worked in intensive care and cancer research. However, I felt that this wasn't quite right for me. I felt so much compassion for the patients and noticed so many things. I knew that my work was a different kind of work...<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1 translation-block\">After two years, I went on a trip around the world, where I completed my yoga teacher training in Thailand \u2013 and there, EVERYTHING changed again. Yoga, breathwork, energy work and sound healing gave me the answers to my questions and brought me so much healing \u2013 emotionally, physically and mentally. My whole life and outlook on life have changed as a result. Every symptom wants to tell you something. We just need to listen, but often we are so focused on the outside world that we can no longer hear our inner voice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f1cfe62 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f1cfe62\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-f7a900e\" data-id=\"f7a900e\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d764e80 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d764e80\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Since completing this training three years ago, a lot has happened in my life: so much inner work, so many beautiful moments, so many wow moments. Lots of travelling, incredibly wonderful people, lots of experiences.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1 translation-block\">Right after this trip, I decided that I wanted to share the magic of yoga with others and reduce my nursing job. The Healing Flow was born. And this work gives me so much energy, so much fire, so much excitement. It's a rollercoaster ride \u2013 but I've never stopped believing in it. NEVER! Even when I've had to cancel events, courses or retreats. I never stopped believing in this wonderful work. It is a gift to share it.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I have been able to experience wonderful moments \u2013 in my one-to-one sessions, in groups, at retreats or events \u2013 where so many people have been touched, emotionally and spiritually. And I am infinitely grateful for how much transformation and healing has already come about through this connection. What amazing people I have been able to meet and accompany on this journey \u2013 I am incredibly grateful!<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">My journey there was anything but easy: a lot of suffering, many challenges, but also wonderful moments and people who touched my heart.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I am looking forward to everything that is to come. Let us hold space together to hear our inner voice again, to connect with ourselves and nature.
